A change agent (PMP certified project manager) who to help organisations achieve positive results and be more eco friendly. In my free time, I like to explore new places on a bike, learning about psychology (more than electrical and electronics engineering) and experimental planting. Everyday is a gift.
One way you can start running is building the run into your routine. If you are going somewhere in the morning, integrate the jog into your trip. I used to integrate my cycling to traveling for work. Instead of taking a bus, I ride to work and back. That saved my time to allocate time for workout and at the same time achieved my goal of going to work. Here are three types of jog that I’ve tried.
Plants are in a sorry state, even with neem oil and sulphur soap, some plants slowly recovered yet others continue to shrink . I’ve also changed out two tier of water that was sitting there for a few weeks and spray some more neem oil
The next morning, my breakfast turned into crispy bread folded egg with melted cheese and ketchup in the mid section.
Literally Square bread which are not exactly squarishMelted butter, add beaten egg, place bread, flip them over, place cheese on eggs, add ketchup that’s it
Neem oil is made from the extract of the Neem tree (Azadirachta indica) seed and Azadirachtin is the active ingredient. It can control a wide variety of insects including aphids, beetles, caterpillars, leafminer, mealybugs, sawfly larvae, scale, spider mites, thrips, and whiteflies.
Soaps are often cited as a great form of pest control. Generally, soaps work by suffocating insects they come into contact with and dissolving their exoskeletons, which leaves them liable to drying out. They are especially effective against most small, sap-sucking pests like aphids, mealy bugs, mites and scale insects, and are much less harmful compared to conventional pesticides, being safe on skin and easily washed away by rainwater.
Today I’ve have started to look for books to say good bye to. I could only come out with one which I am not a fan of. Thse are books I will keep…

C. “Influence” by authors of “crucial conversation” and “Persuasion” by Robert Caldini both contains the power to change anything.

1. Marinate the pork belly with the rice wine and the ground black pepper for about 15 mins.
Remember to remove the skin (stamped with red ink)Do you know “Art collectors could buy and raise the tattooed pigs; as the animals grew so did their skin. When they died their Louis Vuitton skin could be “harvested” for its worth. One pig skin sold for £55,000 (about $72,000). “They are live objects of consumption as soon as the ink decorates their backs, but they can only be materially possessed after their death,” writes Michèle Kieffer for The Culture Trip”
2. Cook the kimchi in a hot plate until soft. (You could do this in the pot where you will make this jjigae. Do this only if the pot is big enough to manoeuvre around.)
3. Put the marinated meat into the bottom of the pot. Add all the other ingredients (kimchi, onion, mushrooms, tofu, water and the base sauce) except for green onion into the pot.
4. Boil the pot on medium high heat initially then reduce the heat to medium once it starts boiling. Cook further until the meat is cooked. (It takes 10 to 15 mins from the beginning of step 4.) Make sure the sauce is well blended into the rest of the ingredients. (This can be done by gently mixing the sauce around the soup with a small teaspoon and splashing the soup over other ingredients every now then). When the meat is cooked, add the green onion and turn the heat off.
5. Serve with rice or ramen (and other side dishes).
