  • 2 Tbsp rice wine(mirin)

JJIGAE BASE (MIX THESE IN A BOWL) for 7-8 pax

  • ▢ 4 Tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
  • ▢ 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ▢ 4 tsp Korean chili paste (gochujang) $3.90
  • ▢ 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 cups x 237 ml (1 cup)
