- 300g skinless pork belly, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Tbsp rice wine(mirin)
JJIGAE BASE (MIX THESE IN A BOWL) for 7-8 pax
- ▢ 4 Tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- ▢ 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- ▢ 4 tsp Korean chili paste (gochujang) $3.90

- 4 cups x 237 ml (1 cup)
