Three types of jogging you can do in your morning run

One way you can start running is building the run into your routine. If you are going somewhere in the morning, integrate the jog into your trip. I used to integrate my cycling to traveling for work. Instead of taking a bus, I ride to work and back. That saved my time to allocate time for workout and at the same time achieved my goal of going to work. Here are three types of jog that I’ve tried.

30 seconds interval

A one minute interval

1.5 minutes interval
