Even though we are free to venture out, we don’t and kept our kids in-house as much as possible. There is a covid cluster nearby and I was there, Jun 10 to Jun 17. So far, no symptoms of flu or cough. The headline screamed “Delta variant of Covid-19 could have contributed to spread at S’pore’s wet markets”.

I worked up early and dragged myself to jog, knowing that if I keep on slacking on exercise, I may grow disproportionate big.

Baked spaghetti with cheese

Ingredients

  • White button mushrooms
  • Scallops
  • Basil
  • Loads of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Spaghetti No 5

Process flow

1. Start to boil a pot of water

  1. Start to boil a pot of water
  2. Add some salt
  3. When water boiled, add spaghetti

Enriched sauce

  • Brown garlic and scallop. Add veggies then put aside
  • Use the same pot, add basil and tomato sauce till it simmers.
  • Dump the ingredients back to the sauce

Baking bowl

  • Start preheat the oven 200C
  • Put spaghetti in the bowl
  • Layered enriched sauce on top of spaghetti
  • Rain down cheese
  • Sprinkle parsley
  • Bake 10-15 minutes
  • Check to see to see cheese is not burnt
  • Carefully take out the bowl and serve
